Great hotel, excellent service. Will definitely come back again

This is an elegant hotel that has been updated. We had a lovely room with bath big enough to accomodate both shower and jetted tub ( unexpected and requested upgrade). We booked a package that included a 3 hr city tour and a welcome bottle of wine all for the same price as other similar accommodations. While not in the old town it was very close and perfectly situated for restaurants and shopping.The only reason Im giving it a 4 and not a 5 was that an electricity outtage was not promptly corrected while we were at dinner; it fell through the cracks till we got back later but was dealt with the second notification immediately. The hotel breakfast was one of the best buffets in our entire Czech stay.

Structure clearly improved compared to the last time I was there (2 new elevators). Excellent location, a considerable number of shops of all kinds, a few minutes from the Mustek metro station. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Exceptional breakfast for quantity and quality. A Hotel to recommend without a doubt.

Hotel byl naprosto úžasný. Nemůžeme si na nic stěžovat. Měli jsme rodinný pokoj a bylo to nejlepší rozhodnutí ho vzít. Snídaně na pokoj nás mile překvapila a na večeři byl skvělý výběr z jídelního lístku. U příští návštěvy Prahy budeme volit opět hotel Ambadsador?

Celkově s ubytováním spokojenost, čistota, vstřícný personál. Nelze nic vytknout.

Das Hotel Ambassador liegt direkt am Wenzelsplatz und ist dadurch schon privilegiert. Die Historie und der Glanz des einstigen Grandhotels spiegelt sich noch in original erhaltenen Elementen wieder. Zu Fuß kann man entspannt die Highlights der Stadt erreichen. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Empfehlung: Die Julior-Suite bietet einen wunderbaren Blick und man kann auf dem Balkon des Zimmers entspannen. Allerdings herrscht auf dem Wenzelsplatz Tag und Nacht Trubel, doch damit rechnet man als Besucher dieser grandiosen Stadt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

Das Ambassador Zlata Husa Hotel in Prag ist mein Lieblingshotel. Alles ist bestens. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Volkhard Karl Thor
