"This is an elegant hotel that has been updated. We had a lovely room with bath big enough to accomodate both shower and jetted tub ( unexpected and requested upgrade). We booked a package that included a 3 hr city tour and a welcome bottle of wine all for the same price as other similar accommodations. While not in the old town it was very close and perfectly situated for restaurants and shopping.The only reason Im giving it a 4 and not a 5 was that an electricity outtage was not promptly corrected while we were at dinner; it fell through the cracks till we got back later but was dealt with the second notification immediately. The hotel breakfast was one of the best buffets in our entire Czech stay."
