Upon arrival, all guests are required to provide a refundable security deposit to cover any incidental expenses incurred during their stay. The deposit amount is EUR 100 may be provided either as a pre-authorization on the guest's payment card or as a cash deposit at the hotel reception. If a payment card is used, the deposit will be held as a temporary authorization. The authorization will be released on the day of departure, and the funds will be made available in the guest's account within a maximum of seven (7) days, depending on the processing times of the guest's bank.
