A modern air-conditioned hall with capacity to seat up to 140 people in a theater style arrangement the parlour can be entered via the balcony of the Congress Hall Ambassador. Because of its close proximity to Congress hall, it is a very convenient place for holding seminars that require separated rooms for receptions or coffee breaks.
